The taste of Südburgenland

The Colour of Uhudler varies, dependent of the Grapes from light yellow, to soft pink and brick-red.

Uhudler impresses with its distinctive scent of forest- or strawberries. This typical smell is usually referred to as “Foxton” and is a specialty of Uhudler.

The taste is carried by a berry fruitiness and a tart-sour note. The fresh berry aroma makes it particularly popular as a summer drink or as a base for spritzers and frizzante
